She Graduated from Washington  Irving High School in 1987, and then attended WVU and got a B.A. in Psychology in  1991. Graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Graduated  from the WVU College of Law in 1994. Married to Brian Gallagher, who she met while in  law school. She Live in Morgantown with her two wonderful boys.
