Steele crs@steelelawoffice.com    Chuck Steele is a 1992 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law.  Following graduation, he took and passed three separate state bar examinations (North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia).  He is currently a member of the West  Virginia State Bar Association and an inactive member of both the North and South  Carolina Bars. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in West  Virginia. Prior to practicing at Steele Law Offices, Chuck worked in the Charlotte, North  Carolina office of Cozen O'Connor with a special emphasis in large property subrogation recovery. Litigation is the area of primary emphasis for Chuck. He has handled cases  from both the plaintiff and defense perspective in many areas including: construction;  aviation; fires; structural failures; insurance claims; catastrophic injuries; employment  disputes; product liability; earth movement; and toxic torts.   He has tried approximately  50 cases to verdict. Chuck is also a trained mediator in the state of West Virginia.
