Tom is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in West Virginia, and also serves as a mediator. He has been a youth basketball sponsor and head coach for 11-12 year old boys since 1998, and has coached high school and middle school fall teams as well. He currently is the head Freshmen basketball coach, and assists with the JV and Varsity basketball programs at Robert C. Byrd High School in Clarksburg. He also enjoys participating as the announcer of the Challenger Little League program in Harrison County. In addition, Tom is a lifetime member of the WVU Alumni Association, and is a member of the Mountaineer Athletic Club. He and his wife, Jill, reside in Bridgeport, and are the proud parents of four children.

Chuck is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in West Virginia, after having originally practiced in North Carolina. He is active in the community, donating his time and efforts to local youth activities, civic groups, and his church. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Harrison County Bar Association. He is a member of the Mountaineer Athletic Club. Chuck has also served as the assistant coach for the Steele Law basketball team. Most recently, he completed the Clarksburg 10K run. He and his wife, Kellie, reside in Bridgeport with their two daughters.

Katrina is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in West Virginia. She gives back to the community through her involvement as a Read Aloud volunteer and a school assistant. She and her husband, Brian, live in Morgantown, and are busy with the academic and athletic activities of their two young sons.
